Our Story Begins Here:

A beautiful day we normally plan to sleep for the whole day

 Hmm.. Smell heavenly good~ 

Angelica Duck is the signature of the shop. The owner, together with a team of skilled chefs, 

successfully invented this secret recipe within a year. 

The feedback is obviously pleased and satisfying. 

The customers like the herbal duck so much.

Hmm.. kruch kruch~ crispy

 This is the most crispy Pei Pah roasted duck on earth!
And, the taste is superb!

 This dish is more complicated to be prepared and it is needed  a longer time to cook it. 

If you want to order this Ginger duck, you ought to order it earlier.

Story Telling Corner : 
The business started in 1976. The patriarch started his roasted duck business with a self-designed oven in front of his restaurant in Jalan Yau Tet Shin. When his business is stable and soon two more outlets opened in Jalan Lau Ek Ching and Jalan Yang Kalsom.

Between 1980 and 1990 the patriarch traveled to Hong Kong annually to enhance his cooking skills in the preparation of roast ducks and find ways to improve his business. In the same year 1990, the patriarch passed the business to his son called Danny.

Now, the current owner is the third generation of the restaurant. He always observes the market and even conducts surveys on the preferred tastes of his target customers. He will discuss with his chefs about the new invention of roasted duck whether it suits the appetite of the public or against their appetite. He always updates the menu to maintain the quality of the restaurant. This restaurant now is prominently well-known with the special recipe which is different with others restaurant especially, the herbal duck.

Top Achievement:  

During Chinese New Year, they reserve 800 of roasted ducks, the chiefs have to roast the ducks the day before Chinese New Year eve at midnight 12 o'clock until evening  5 o'clock non-stop to provide fresh  roasted ducks.
